First, hold the bottle 4-6" away from skin, apply liberally, and spread evenly. Apply 30 minutes after sunscreen application. Then, spray hands and apply to face and back of neck. Avoid repellent in eyes and mouth area. Next, spray outside of clothing and around seams. Or try Ranger Ready Permethrin Clothing-Worn Repellent. Repeat every 8-12 hours and reapply after swimming or heavy perspiration. Recycle bottle when empty.
