Job Summary

Ranger Ready Repellents, a new brand launched in 2018 by The PiC20 Group LLC, is searching for a Customer Service Manager as we enter our second summer of direct-to-consumer retail on our website and through Amazon, and expand our Business to Business endeavors in golf clubs, pro shops, outdoor retailers, and pharmacies across the U.S. We have expended from 100 locations to nearly 1000 locations in 2019 alone, and are looking for a customer facing professional with a background in sales or sales administration to help facilitate growth. 

 

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be working closely alongside our Sales team in Norwalk, CT, following up on customer inquires, entering orders into our sales system (Shopify), onboarding new retail locations, and representing Ranger Ready Repellents at select trade and consumer events. You will also head our customer service efforts for both direct to consumer and business to business relationships.

 

Required Skills and Experience

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, college graduate with an undergraduate degree in business, marketing or a related field. 4-7 years of relevant experience working in retail or sales is required, as is a strong attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and grace under pressure.

 

As a Customer Service Manager, you should have a strong ability to build and maintain valuable relationships via the phone, email, and face-to-face conversation in order to create and facilitate sales opportunities. You should be successful working in groups and willing to dedicate a majority of your time to reaching out to prospective customers via the phone or email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Previous experience working with cloud-based systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo and Shipstation is a plus. Light regional travel both on weekdays and weekends is sometimes required.
